Knee Sizing Guide: Measure the circumference just below the knee cap. X-Small 11 - 12.5 inches. Small 12.5 - 13.25. Medium 13.25 - 14.5. Large 14.5 - 15.75. X-Large 15.75 - 17. XX-Large 17 - 18.25. 3X-Large 18.25 - 19.5. 4X-Large 19.5 - 21. 5X-Large 21 - 24. If in doubt it is usually best to select the larger size.
